Premise:
The goal of this poker game is to obtain two superior ranked hand over the bank's hands. In Pai-Gow, the player's high hand is composed of five cards and the low hand is made up of two cards. The best five card hand would be five Aces, or four plus a wild Joker. The best two card hand would be made up of two Aces.
How to Play:
As usual, play start by bets being placed before any cards are dealt. You should left click on the desired chip to increase a bet and right click to decrease it. After you are satisfied with your bet you will be ready to receive cards. A standard 52 card deck will be used plus one Joker. Click on the DEAL button to deal the cards. The player will receive 7 cards in the face up position and the dealer will receive 7 cards in the face down position.
Even though the joker is not wild, it can stand as Ace if needed or complete a high ranking hand.
Once all cards have been dealt, you will need to separate them into one high hand and one low one. Left click on the two cards you prefer to be the low hand. If you make a mistake just click them a second time. Once they have been chosen they will no longer be alongside the other five cards.
Note:
The high hand must be rank above the low one. If the opposite is true then you will automatically be prompted to split the hands again. Once the split is complete then select the DONE button. Next, the dealer will have the opportunity to split his hands in accordance to the rules. Lastly, all hands will be compared against each other.
The one who hands are superior to the other will be declared the winner and earn the wager. If a tie is the result then you will earn back your wager. If you lose the hands then you lose your bet. If all hands are identical the dealer still wins and you will lose your wager.
